5 Ways to Show Your Running Feet Some Love

Foot Exercise

  1. Self-massage with a tennis ball.
  2. Trim your toenails.
  3. Exfoliate dry skin with bath gloves or pumice stone & moisturize.
  4. Stretch! Kneel with toes pointing toward knees on floor. For front, gently push top of toes into floor.
  5. Ease inflammation using bottle; fill 1/2 with ice & fill with water. Put on top of towel for condensation & roll foot over.
