5 Ways to Show Your Running Feet Some Love
- Self-massage with a tennis ball.
- Trim your toenails.
- Exfoliate dry skin with bath gloves or pumice stone & moisturize.
- Stretch! Kneel with toes pointing toward knees on floor. For front, gently push top of toes into floor.
- Ease inflammation using bottle; fill 1/2 with ice & fill with water. Put on top of towel for condensation & roll foot over.
