Repetitive motions, like typing, or any wrist movements that you do over and over are the primary contributors to this pain. This is especially true of things you do when your hands are lower than your wrists.

This stretch targets the tissue surrounding your nerves. Because nerves don’t stretch, you need to stretch the surrounding tissue to give the nerves more space.
